Working with both a regional property agent and national property management company, we have been delighted to assist our client in improving the external landscape condition at this recently refurbished 55,000 sq. ft warehouse.

We initially carried out a range of remedial works to both the front car park and rear yard, as the unit is currently on the market, whilst carrying out scheduled grounds maintenance to ensure the site is looking its best at all times.
